Install the Tastelint GitHub App. It reviews screenshots on pull requests and comments as Tastelint.
Ready, non-draft pull requests after the build is green. It reviews once. A comment that is exactly /tastelint runs it again. A comment that is exactly /supertastelint runs all ten review levels in sequence and uses 12 reviews. Change those defaults on the Review settings page after you log in.
The GitHub App also needs the check_suite event so a review can start when the build turns green.

You can run a review whenever — locally, from a coding agent, before a pull request exists. You do not have to attach screenshots to a pull request.
Log in on Review settings and copy the workspace API key. Then:

To review an existing pull request instead, send {"owner":"acme","repo":"app","number":12} — that posts the usual comment. Add "super":true for the ten-level run. Same billing as any other review: 25 included, then $2.
$40 a month, 25 reviews included, $2 after. /supertastelint uses 12 reviews, so you get about two of those a month. Gumroad repos we already run stay free. Everyone else subscribes on the pricing page — the app will link it if a review arrives unpaid.
